Terms & Conditions

Clients must arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled session to allow ample time to settle in and prepare. Late arrivals may result in a reduced session time or rescheduling based on availability.

If a client arrives late, their session will proceed within the remaining time of their booked slot. If the delay is significant, they may be moved to the last available slot of the day, subject to availability. If no slots are available, rescheduling may be required for another day. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals.

Jayffilm operates on a strict schedule to accommodate all bookings fairly. Clients must be mindful of their allocated session time to prevent delays for others. Sessions run on a first-come, first-served basis within their respective time slots.

All photos taken during the Jayffilm session will be delivered via email. Clients must ensure that their email address is correct at the time of booking. A link will be provided to access and download photos.

Printed and framed photos are available for collection at our studio only. If a customer requests delivery, this will be arranged at the customer's own risk, and we will not be responsible for any damage or loss during transit. While we take care in packaging, delivery is not covered under our liability.

Sessions missed due to lateness are non-refundable. Reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours before the booked session. Cancellations are non-refundable, but a one-time reschedule may be allowed subject to availability.

Customers may choose to make either a deposit or full payment at the time of booking to confirm their session. No booking slots will be reserved without payment. For customers who choose the deposit option, the remaining balance must be paid after the session is completed. All payments made are non-refundable unless Jayffilm cancels the session due to unforeseen circumstances.

Jayffilm retains the copyright to all images taken during the session. Clients are granted personal use rights and may share their images for non-commercial purposes. Commercial use of the photos requires prior written consent.
